Healthy Changes Update

I made some improvements today.

I ate a healthy breakfast.

I did an at-home exercise workout.

I drank some water.

Tomorrow I want to do these things again and drink more water.

I also want to change my unhealthy snacking to more balanced snacking.

I will update again tomorrow.

Oh, I also want to eat at least one salad this week.
